They have recently completed a beautiful addition to the facility. With that kind of growth the personalized care from ownership seems to have suffered. Our father passed away on the 12th, the owner never even offered condolences to us until 12 days later. We even shared prayers with him when our mother passed away. But I guess in the end it's a business and we are no longer a customer.
